1) Channel naming rules

2) Weekly routine
- Monday: post weekly priorities per client/project
- Wednesday: call out blockers + owner + next step
- Friday: deliverables shipped + next week plan
3) “No DM” rule of thumb
- If it affects delivery, it goes in a channel.
- DM is only for sensitive HR/personal issues.
